Your role As a Business Change Assistant, you’ll be right in the action, supporting our teams in implementing innovative T-related changes. You’ll help make daily operations smoother, improve business processes, and connect with our operational teams. If this sounds like you, get ready to: Dive into gathering and documenting user requirements for IT projects. Get hands-on with basic troubleshooting of IT-related issues, including FMS and GPS solutions. Help translate operational needs into smart IT solutions. Analyze our internal processes and discover opportunities for improvement. Support the management of our internal systems and their configurations. Organize fun internal training sessions on system updates and new IT developments. Who are we looking for?
