Job Description
As our new Delivery Manager, you are responsible for running the deliveries agreed for your team in interaction with the rest of the organization around the Customer. You will take over responsibility for ongoing deliveries within a specific business area below. In addition, the role involves a large part of management and management of your own team and collaboration with other teams, so that we work with a focus on our goals
Responsibilities:
Strategic planning - You plan your team's business area with the development and implementation of the delivery in accordance with customer contracts, commercial and organizational goals. This is done in close collaboration with the management of the entire area
Business development - by helping to secure new assignments for your area, as part of your work with the Customer on a daily basis
Stakeholder Management - You have a solid relationship with various stakeholders in the organization and with the Customer, both internally and externally
Capacity management - You plan resource consumption in your area in relation to the delivery/task situation. You manage your resources, including budgets, staff, and materials, to ensure the successful execution of agreed activities
Risk Management and Management - Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the agreed deliverables by making informed decisions to minimize potential negative impacts
Monitoring and reporting - Follows up on progress, analyzes data, and provides regular updates to stakeholders
Conflict resolution - Addressing conflicts and obstacles that may arise in everyday life and finding solutions to these
Management and execution - You lead your team with a steady hand and ensure the execution of agreed activities

It will be an advantage if you have experience with software development projects and have worked in an agile framework
