Emendo Implementation is specialized in IT/OT implementations ensuring that solutions are fit for use, business processes are operational, and projects are well planned, governed and executed. We work in several industries, but most of our tasks lie within the pharmaceutical industry. We thrive in the gap between people, systems, and processes to solve technical as well as organizational challenges.

As a Project Lead, you will work on a variety of projects, typically in a Project Management capacity, collaborating closely with clients and project teams to deliver meaningful results. You’ll have an opportunity to further develop your Project Management skills, develop expertise in problem-solving, process and solution design, organizational alignment, and effective communication.

What it takes to thrive in this role

• A master’s degree or equivalent in fields such as IT, Engineering, Business Analysis, or Innovation.

• You have a proven track record of delivering projects within IT/OT, or from a Line of Business department implementing IT/OT solutions for 2-5 years.

• You are able to establish strong project management governance within the team while at the same time facilitate and engage with solution architecture and validation concepts

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Work directly with clients, often on-site, as part of project teams to ensure timely execution aligned with organizational needs

• You will likely be joining a high impact project at our customer

• No matter which disciplines you are working in, your name will resonate with getting things done on the projects you’re involved in

• You will build up a strong skill set within problem solving, process and solution design, organizational alignment, and communication
