Are you a student looking to gain real work experience? Join Enalyzer’s Customer Success Team 1–3 days a week – we’re flexible and offer more hours during busy periods. Work is primarily done from our Copenhagen office, but remote work is possible from time to time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your main responsibility is to help our users by providing top-notch customer service through email, chat, and online meetings. You’ll answer technical questions, solve problems, and ensure a smooth experience for our users.
