Independently Working Cook for Restaurant in Haarlem(NL)

For our Thai restaurant in Haarlem we are looking for an experienced and qualified cook to support our team.

Our restaurant is situated in the historic center of Haarlem surrounded by shops, nice restaurants and cosy bars.

You will be responsible for authentic Thai dishes in a restaurant where the quality of the food comes first. You will oversee that the dishes will be prepared according strict quality guidelines, working ethics and recipes.

In addition, you provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus and methods, you are responsible for stock and order management and manage kitchen assistants.

In this role, you are also 100% responsible for following the rules and guidelines in the field of hygiene (HACCP) and you have knowledge of the entire process in the kitchen.

Required Education/Experience

• MBO (Secondary vocational education) 3, hotel and catering industry, specialized cook diploma
• Minimum of 2 years working experience as an independently working cook after obtaining diploma
• You speak Dutch or English

Salary: from € 2660.00 (Euro) Gross per month. Salary is increased in proportion to years of service.
