Do you have experience in sales through partners? And would you like to be part of an international insurance company with big ambitions? Then you might be our new Partner Manager.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic Partner Manager and are offering a fantastic opportunity to join the journey with Denmark's largest and most well-known travel insurance company. You will have a central role in a business that has experienced strong growth in recent years and will be part of an informal yet professional work environment in a well-functioning, expanded sales department.

You will be responsible for driving the sales of our product portfolio in the business segment through existing partnerships while also focusing on strategically building new ones. Together with our Offering Manager, you will ensure activities and development that align with the needs and expectations of our partners. You will also work closely with our inbound team, who will assist you with administrative tasks and support for our customers and partners. Your day-to-day tasks will involve tasks like:

  • Proactively identify and achieve targets for new business opportunities as well as existing partners/insurance brokers within Europæiske's product portfolio
  • Ensure excellent customer relationship management and that our customers and partners perceive Europæiske as a strong and reliable business partner.
  • Optimization of existing sales activities in the partner channel.
  • Optimization of margins on our products/services
  • Pipeline and contract management, reporting, and status updates to our Danish Sales Manager
  • Implementation of solutions, including training of partners and ensuring strong visibility with them
  • Managing, executing, and following up on all sales activities
  • Ensuring that partners are continuously updated on news and campaigns, as well as participating in trade fairs, customer kick-offs, etc.
  • Close collaboration on the onboarding of new customers with internal stakeholders: Legal, IT, Operations, and Compliance.
  • Bid management

The Profile

We think you are outgoing, energetic and have strong drive for selling and the ability to build relationships and establish trust with potential customers. You're natural at rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. Ideally, you possess a mix of the following qualities:

  • You have solid experience in new business development and key account management, both to and through partners. Moreover, you have achieved strong results in your previous roles.
  • You are an excellent communicator and, as a person, you are inspiring, motivating, and, most importantly, value-driven in your dialogue with customers and partners.
  • You excel in stakeholder management and are a self-starter with a unique sales drive!
  • It is essential that you are structured, have strong pipeline management skills, and are experienced in working with CRM systems.
  • You are also skilled with numbers, have strong analytical abilities, and are naturally a problem-solver.
  • It is a huge advantage if you come from the broker/insurance industry.
  • You likely have a relevant educational background, and you speak and write fluent Danish and English.
