Responsibilities:

• Assisting with supporting Team Supervisor in organizing team's operation process
• Assisting with supporting various International Vendors
• Assisting with paper works and data of the Department
• Carry out other tasks as required under Team Supervisor/ Team Leader

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or undergraduate degree program with an aptitude to work in Admin-HR/ Purchasing/ Project Management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good in English both writing and reading
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
• At least 6-month internship
• Full-time (Monday - Friday)

Working hours: Mon - Fri

• 6:30 AM - 14:30 PM
• 14:30 PM - 22:30 PM
