We bring justice to travellers!
At Flyhjælp, we’re on a mission to ensure that flight passengers get the compensation they’re entitled to under EU law. As a Danish legal-tech company, we’ve already helped over 350,000 customers and continue to grow rapidly. We make complicated legal processes easy to navigate - always with transparency, fairness, and our customers in mind.
We work at the intersection of law and technology, creating smart, scalable solutions that deliver justice efficiently. We work in a dynamic, collaborative, and ambitious setting - where strong results go hand in hand with a culture of trust and mutual support.
Flyhjælp is headquartered in Copenhagen and offers flexible hybrid work options, including the possibility to work fully remote for up to 5 weeks per year. As part of the Operations team, you'll contribute directly to our impact and be part of a company that’s changing the way legal services are delivered to air passengers across Europe.
Your mission
In the Operations team, you’ll assist air passengers in obtaining the compensation they are entitled to by managing customer interactions and case processing. You will learn about passenger rights, handle customer dialogues, and gain experience in case administration within a dynamic team. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to help optimize workflows and implement new technologies to increase efficiency.
