The Partner Operations Analyst will play a key role in executing and optimizing the processes that drive our Partner Program. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, this role is responsible for building and scaling our partner operations globally, ensuring seamless execution to support company growth and an expanding partner go-to-market strategy.
A successful candidate will work strategically with Partner Sales teams to identify priorities, implement impactful programs, enhance operational efficiency, and drive measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Support the scalability of the Partner Program, optimizing engagement models and operational efficiency
- Manage Partner Program operations, including Deal Registration, Partner Applications, and Reporting while ensuring data integrity in the CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement operational initiatives aligned with company strategy
- Gather and analyze feedback from Sales and Partner teams to drive process improvements and automation for better efficiency
- Assist in executing executive and quarterly business reviews (EBRs & QBRs) and maintaining structured process documentation
- Provide weekly updates on reporting insights, program changes, and process enhancements
- Track and report partner engagement, certifications, and revenue impact, developing dashboards for performance insights
- Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to monitor Partner Acquisition & Partner sourced revenue
Qualifications and about you
- 2-4 years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, ideally within SaaS or enterprise-focused organizations.
- Experience in implementing scalable programs and processes to support partner ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, data management, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and familiarity with partner portals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting to new challenges and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in compliance, cybersecurity, or regulatory-focused SaaS solutions.
- Previous experience in partner-facing roles within sales or marketing functions.
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
