Volunteer Center Halsnæs is looking for a volunteer supervisor for self-help groups

Become an important support for volunteer self-help facilitators
Volunteers in self-help groups may need sparring in relation to group dynamics, handling challenges, ideas for group exercises and much more.

As a volunteer supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting and guiding the facilitators through these processes.

Your tasks:
Supervision and sparring with the facilitators
Guidance in facilitation techniques and group work
Support in conflict resolution and handling challenging situations in groups
Typically, there will be 2-3 facilitators at a time who need to be supervised.
It involves about a few supervisions per year, but is carried out as needed.

Have experience with supervision
Is good at listening, motivating and giving constructive feedback
