Then we hope you will be our new skilled and dedicated Digitalization Manufacturing Supporter colleague!

Your New Role

You will be part of the Digitalization Manufacturing Support team and report to the manager for this area.

You will support with problem solving, testing of new development, continuous improvement, and you will educate and support new users. In general, you will be an important player for the digitalized journey we are on.

Furthermore, you will work closely with various business functional teams within technical issues as needed, while ensuring compliance and consistency of our new build application systems.

Main Tasks:

  • Supporting and approving User and Platform Requirements Specification incl. describing all configurable parameters.
  • Run simulations in test environment and review functional design, e.g.: Check match with current Master Production Record and configurability.
  • Review Functional Specifications, hereunder review of questions from functional design and ensuring that parameters are correctly described.
  • Redline and write standard operating procedure (SOP) and work instructions (WI).
  • Write text instructions for workflows.
  • Drive User Acceptance Test protocols (define test scope incl. DeltaV, Syncade and SAP interfaces, identifying positive and negative scenarios, write test cases, etc.)
  • Drive User Acceptance Test execution, Test Incident Report, and post-approval.
  • Communication, training, and change management.
  • Drive implementation, cut over and hypercare activities.
  • Be on the manufacturing floor physically to support and help with operational issues.

Skills & Knowledge, we hope you possess

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Information Technology, Engineering, Pharmacy, or similar.
  • Preferably 2 years of experience within manufacturing processes in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluency in English.

Your New Team

Our Digitalization Manufacturing Support team consists of 12 dedicated team members executing our site strategic project of implementing a Recipe Driven Operation (RDO) system. This digitalization process will optimize our manufacturing execution processes by replacing manual paper tasks thus enhancing site capabilities.
