Join Our Innovative Operations Control Center (OCC) Team

We are seeking talented and ambitious Engineers, Scientists, or experienced Manufacturing Associates (operators) to operate the newly established Operations Control Center (OCC) at our Hillerød site.

Your Role:

• Support the manufacturing shop floor by resolving issues daily across multi-disciplinary areas, including automation, process, electrical, and documentation.
• Liaise between departments to ensure rapid solutions using LEAN methodology for systematic problem-solving.
• Root Cause and Data Analysis to provide strong countermeasures, reducing reoccurring issues.
• Proactively prevent loss of quality, product, or production time by identifying error patterns and trends.
• Monitor daily manufacturing processes and execute tasks such as:
  • Monitoring process steps and batch execution.
  • Participating in escalation meetings.
  • Coordinating shutdown needs with varied departments.
  • Identifying risks for business interruptions and solving technical issues related to automation and engineering.

Initially, you’ll work regular office hours for training, moving to a 5-week rotational schedule thereafter.

Your Talent:

• Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance; ideally experienced with GMP.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to lead meetings effectively.
• Educational background in Engineering, Process Engineering, or Automation, with a degree OR relevant shop floor experience.
• Advantageous to possess an Automation skill set and familiarity with LEAN principles.
• Successful experience in high-paced environments, maintaining a calm overview while communicating across multiple organizational levels.
• Familiarity with databases and tools such as MS Project and Excel.

• Experience in manufacturing monoclonal antibodies or similar protein production is ideal.
• Open to candidates with alternative valuable experience.

About the Operations Control Center (OCC): The OCC serves as the central coordination hub for Site Manufacturing Execution. As the first point of contact for manufacturing interruptions and support requests, the OCC monitors data across multiple areas to provide comprehensive oversight of process steps, equipment status, and activities. This proactive environment identifies data patterns that could lead to business disruptions. Team members will also participate in hands-on solutions on the manufacturing shop floor, addressing issues such as automation signals, engineering alarms, and other challenges.
