We are seeking talented and ambitious Engineers, Scientists, or experienced Manufacturing Associates (operators) to operate the newly established Operations Control Center (OCC) at our Hillerød site.

Initially, you’ll work regular office hours for training, moving to a 5-week rotational schedule thereafter.

About the Operations Control Center (OCC): The OCC serves as the central coordination hub for Site Manufacturing Execution. As the first point of contact for manufacturing interruptions and support requests, the OCC monitors data across multiple areas to provide comprehensive oversight of process steps, equipment status, and activities. This proactive environment identifies data patterns that could lead to business disruptions. Team members will also participate in hands-on solutions on the manufacturing shop floor, addressing issues such as automation signals, engineering alarms, and other challenges.
