Your New Role
Join us as a leader who thrives on empowering people and fostering growth in our Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll become the direct leader of our dedicated Supply Managers, who handle the most significant supplier portfolio for our raw materials in drug substance production. Your leadership will focus on coaching, inspiring, and setting clear, ambitious expectations for your team.

Building strong, impactful relationships with stakeholders will be essential as you guide the development of our value stream. With your expertise in supplier management, you'll bring a vision of excellence and know how to achieve it. You'll collaborate with a team of four passionate leaders, reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain Operations.

Your primary tasks will be:

• Nurturing team growth by providing supportive leadership that enhances professional development.
• Assisting the team in managing supplier relationships and optimizing performance.
• Partnering closely with stakeholders to drive comprehensive improvements.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Helping to standardize processes to support anticipated growth.
• Leading or participating in cross-functional enhancement initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge, We Hope You Possess:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
• Over five years of experience in inbound supply, such as purchasing or sourcing, with leadership experience.
• Strong skills in collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven leadership abilities to manage and advance a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.

Your New Team/Department:
Our Raw Materials Supply Management team plays a crucial role in the timely inbound supply of raw materials. This team manages all supplier orders, develops mitigation plans, and ensures each raw material is ready for production on schedule through coordination with key stakeholders in Supply Chain and Quality.

Currently, we have five dedicated Supply Managers, each accountable for a range of suppliers, setting expectations, and conducting regular business performance reviews.
