We are looking for a strong innovative Project Manager within Supply Chain, that can drive the development of our processes and performance across the supply chain, securing an end-to-end supply chain fit for our incredible growth journey.
Among other things, you will
- Develop and improve supply chain processes, systems, and technologies to secure a reliable, robust, and agile end-to-end supply chain.
- Play a pivotal role in executing our strategy by:
- Delivering on our commitments
- Transforming the supply chain into a business enabler
- Digitalizing, optimizing, and integrating across our value stream to build a foundation for supporting KojoX.
- Conduct process mapping of our future supply chain, including analysis to ensure scalability, flexibility, and readiness for future challenges.
Skills
You possess a solid track record of driving project and implementing changes in fast-developing environments. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to challenge established norms are crucial as you:
- Foster the dialogue necessary to implement changes.
- Align processes across various areas and levels.
- Structuring and driving projects

You will be part of the Supply Chain organization consisting of approximately 90 dedicated colleagues where you will work closely together with the SCM leadership team.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in SCM, engineering or similar
- 7-10 years’ experience
- Experience from pharma industry is preferred
