WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT TO JOIN OUR DYNAMIC FINANCE ACCOUNTING TEAM, WHERE YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE ACROSS TWO KEY FINANCIAL PROCESSES: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (AR) AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (AP)
Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting both the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations, from managing incoming payments to overseeing vendor invoicing. You will be a valuable member of the team, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records while contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities ahead of you:
Accounts Receivable (AR) – approx. 50% of your time:
- Book incoming customer payments daily and ensure accurate allocation
- Reconcile major customer accounts and perform various account reconciliations
- Participate in the monthly close process, supporting with reconciliations and reporting tasks
- Support customer correspondence and follow-up on outstanding items
- Assist in releasing customer orders in accordance with internal AR processes and policies
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Collaborate with AR colleagues to drive improvements and efficiencies across the OTC process
Accounts Payable (AP) – approx. 50% of your time:
- Support with vendor onboarding and ensure correct and complete setup in the system
- Contribute to the improvement of the invoice workflow with the goal of achieving more touchless invoice processing
- Assist in invoice processing and follow-ups with vendors
- Collaborate closely with the AP team to support day-to-day operations and month-end close
Must Have Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, or have 1–2 years of accounting experience
- Detail-oriented and structured, with a proactive mindset
- Curious and eager to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good working knowledge of Excel, and comfortable navigating spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Motivated by process improvement, with a keen interest in optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency.
