Beverage Manager

Do you want to lead the development and implementation of an innovative, scalable beverage program across Mæxico, Levantin, and Palazzo Diner? As our Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our cocktail and beverage menus stay current and perfectly reflect each brand’s identity. You’ll work closely with our bar teams to train and inspire them, and you’ll get behind the bar yourself to ensure we deliver the best possible guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an Up-to-Date Beverage Program: Review and refresh our cocktail and drinks menus every quarter, aligning with each venue’s concept.
• Develop New Signature Cocktails: Introduce at least two new cocktails each quarter for Mæxico, Levantin, and Palazzo Diner.
• Train and Educate Bartenders: Conduct structured monthly training sessions covering technical skills and brand knowledge for all bartenders.
• Active Operational Involvement: Work at least two bar shifts per week across venues to stay connected to daily operations and ensure quality.

• Has proven experience as a bartender or mixologist and a passion for creating new concepts.
• Enjoys mentoring others and improving team skills.
• Is skilled in organization, analysis, and process optimization.
• Is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Priorities & Planning: Sets clear goals for menu updates and training, works methodically, and meets deadlines.
• Team Leadership: Hires, trains, and retains talented bartenders, fostering a positive working environment.
• Relationships & Communication: Collaborates effectively with kitchen and leadership teams, handles feedback constructively, and provides a welcoming guest experience.
• Technical Expertise: Strong background in mixology, flavor pairing, and cocktail innovation.
