Project Manager Offshore

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of our Offshore projects. The position will be based at one of our EU office locations.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast project scope, costs and time, and provide leadership to stakeholders, including technicians, managers, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and clients.
• Ensure professional and efficient project planning & execution, from manpower to commercial commitments.
• Promote a strong HSEQ culture and support in delivering our “New Tomorrow” initiatives.
• Adhere to local immigration, tax and employment laws, alongside customers local requirements.
• Implement necessary changes for project and company growth.
• Manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-start inspections, site-specific agreements and maintain regular on-site presence demonstrating visible leadership.
• Allocate equipment and manpower effectively.
• Prepare, update and maintain all project records.
• Monitor performance and provide progress reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budget forecasting, control costs and provide guidance and track variances.
• Identify opportunities to boost project revenue in collaboration with Sales.
• Build and guide a high-performing project team.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of progressive project management experience preferably within the wind, oil & gas or construction industry.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, with an expected 25% travel requirement.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Relevant educational background.
• Experience in driving a safety-oriented construction culture.
• Strong PC skills, with proficiency in MS Office, and knowledgeable of Project Management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external personnel.
• Detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
• Experienced negotiator and aware of the importance of communication and documentation.
• Solution-oriented, flexible, systematic and self-starter.
• Cooperative and communicative at all levels; open-minded; with respect for other cultures.
