Stibo DX is a software company that develops and delivers editorial systems for the media industry. The company is known for its CUE platform, which media enterprises use to produce and publish content for websites, mobile apps, social media, print, etc.
The Customer Success department is part of the overall Commercial organization and consists of 11 employees working from offices in Atlanta, Aarhus, and Hamburg.
A change process has been completed over the past year. The department now has a clearer revenue focus, and the customer service tasks are being handed over to a new Service Delivery department that is under construction. Going forward, the Customer Success department will be a revenue center and will be managed as such.
Your new working day
You will play a pivotal role in aligning customer success strategies with company goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Your primary tasks will be:
You will lead a team of 3 people – all based at Stibo HQ in Aarhus. The customer portfolio spans from the Nordics over Europe to Asia Pacific.
The team needs these competencies
You have experience from B2B software sales and have preferably worked in a SaaS company or a software company with significant revenue derived from the existing customer portfolio.
You are used to working in longer sales cycles with considerable complexity from qualification stage to contracting.
