Your role involves playing a critical function in enhancing business development through the application of unbiased market analysis and intelligence to steer strategy formation and commercial decision-making. You will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Business Management, making your work essential in shaping our understanding of market trends, competitor activities, channel and customer needs.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be responsible for,
Management reporting and market analysis
Deliver comprehensive management reports and actionable business insights keep the business informed about market performance and insights.
Act as a commercial and objective partner, providing senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations to enhance our commercial strategy.
Deliver clearly communicated recommendations from monthly analysis across the organization to ensure insight and analysis is incorporated into business strategy and go to market plans.
Forecasting and Innovation
Contribute to forecast modelling and business casing for new products and campaigns.
Involvement in the quarterly 4-year planning market model drawing insights and assumptions from 3rd party reporting on key market, industry and competitor developments.
Explore industry and competitor trends to enrich our market understanding and business intelligence.
Provide support to global functions such as Investor Relations, Strategy, and Finance.
Strategic and Regional Support
Data sourcing and management
Be the subject matter expert for data & insight collection and provide direction as such within the organization.
Leverage your experience to efficiently process data and conduct thorough market analysis using third-party sources.
Champion new tools, sources, and suppliers of data as well as explore new methodologies to deliver automated insights and data.
Oversee our insight data partners' performance, defining scope of work and contract commitments.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you,
Have a minimum 3 years of analytics experience in an IT or telecoms environment in a data, insights and analytics role in a hi-tech business.
Display adeptness in organization and critical analysis, clear-cut thinking strategies, proficient in crafting written and spoken messages, and knowledgeable in stakeholder collaboration.
have the ability to process significant amounts of data and insights into simple actionable and business impacting recommendations.
Are familiar with the culture and dynamics of the different markets across the world
Can demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, along with fluency in English.
Are commercially orientated and able to demonstrate proven history of turning data & insights into business influencing actions.
Have previous experience with quality analysis working with sales data across products and markets.
