Your Role & Development We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Hardware Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing, designing, and refining hardware electronics. From concept to completion, you will contribute to various phases of hardware development, balancing long-term projects with ad hoc support for production testing and system integration tasks. Our work environment focuses on innovation and collaboration with our colleagues in Mechanics, software, and prototyping colleagues to mention a few. It enables us to keep improving our Design for Manufacturing (DFM)- and Design for Assembly (DFA) processes. Your Key Responsibilities Develop hardware electronics specializing in USB standards, DSPs, and MCUs Create schematics and work on digital design, signal integrity, and power management Test and verify prototypes, including testing using C Develop high-performance electronics by ensuring signal integrity, power distribution, and seamless mechanical integration Refine and mature products, crafting documentation and specifications for seamless manufacturing Integrate designs, overcoming mechanical constraints while maintaining optimal functionality Collaborate across teams, working closely with software engineers, mechanical designers, and external suppliers Possible Qualifications A background in electronics engineering or hardware development Demonstrated knowledge of USB standards, USB hubs, DSPs, and MCU design Familiarity with Python or C programming Familiarity with EMC/EMI compliance Experience with Circuit simulations Experience working with embedded software development A collaborative spirit, focused on providing support to peers and promoting creative solutions 3 years of experience What We Offer At FalCom, we prioritize a cooperative and engaging work culture based on trust, innovation, and collective support.
