Student Assistant for Projects & Communication, Global Operations

At GN, our focus is on developing impactful and innovative solutions, and we seek a student to join our Strategy & Management Office team. This is your chance to play a role in ensuring that our change initiatives are communicated effectively with clear engagement actions to support the changes.

The Team You Will be Part of
You will be part of the Change Team within the Strategy Management Office (SMO). Based at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you will report to the Head of Change Management, working closely with both local and global colleagues across departments.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Support the creation and implementation of communication initiatives that enhance engagement and awareness of the Global Operations strategy. Ensure the SMO SharePoint site is regularly updated and improved.
• Execute on defined tasks in the different engagement projects driven by the change management team, maintaining a project plan and actions where relevant.
• Work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to understand communication needs and ensure that messages are tailored to different audiences.
• In collaboration with the Communications Advisor, Draft and edit communication materials, ensuring consistency in messaging. As part of the change management team activities, translate messaging and content to presentations that are relevant to the stakeholder groups. This includes crafting clear and engaging content for various communication channels (e.g., newsletters, intranet, emails, presentations).
• Provide general administrative support to the Global Operations team, including scheduling meetings, organizing workshops, and maintaining communication records.

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you

• Are pursuing a higher education degree in Business management, communication, project management or a related field
• Have an inclination towards data management, matched with a meticulous outlook and the capability to translate information into impactful visuals
• Have great interest in people and organisation development
• Are proficient in using Excel and experienced in creating presentations with PowerPoint
• Have a positive approach and capacity to collaborate with others and contribute effectively
• Have effective organizational skills that facilitate the management of various tasks and timelines independently
• Are excited to get into the world of change management and employee engagement and be part of creating great strategies in this area!
