Quality Assurance Specialist
Are you focused on ensuring top-notch quality standards and solving production challenges?

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards while supporting process improvements across production. A crucial part of your role will be to build trust and collaborate effectively with operators, development teams, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues, manage non-conformities (NC), and drive continuous improvement.

Your role and responsibilities:
You will oversee quality control beyond operator inspections, ensuring products meet standards and supporting operators with quality-related issues. You'll manage NCs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Additionally, you’ll contribute to process reviews and handle supplier NCs. Building strong, trusting relationships with those you work with will be key to your success in this role.

• Manage and resolve NCs: Identify corrections, implement corrective actions, and perform root cause analysis.
• Support for operators: Assist with quality-related issues and ensure production meets standards.
• Process improvements: Contribute to process optimization
• Support development and reviews: Provide expertise during development reviews and address production-related questions.
• Supplier NCs: Manage supply chain non-conformities directly with suppliers
• Build trust: Foster collaboration and transparency with operators and teams to ensure smooth workflows.

We are looking for a proactive individual who is skilled in problem-solving and process optimization but also understands the importance of trust and collaboration in a production environment. You should have a natural ability to foster strong working relationships, even in complex and high-pressure situations. Your ability to support teams and build trust while managing quality-related issues will be key to your success in this role.
