AIV Technician (Electronics) - Satellite Application, Integration, and Verification

As an AIV Technician, you will be an essential part of our team responsible for the assembly, integration, and verification of satellites. You will play a key role in ensuring that our satellites meet the highest standards of quality, supporting both hardware and software testing while contributing to the advancement of space technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

As an AIV Technician, you will be involved in a range of critical tasks from assembling and testing satellites to ensuring they meet stringent space industry requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Satellite Assembly and Testing: Assembling, testing, and verifying nanosatellites and microsatellites to meet industry standards.
  • Environmental Testing: Conducting various tests including vibration, vacuum, and thermal (cold/heat) tests to ensure satellites can withstand the harsh conditions of space.
  • Software-based Testing: Performing software-based tests to ensure functionality and reliability of satellite systems.
  • Collaboration: Coordinating with colleagues across multiple departments, including R&D, Production, Planning, and Project Management, to ensure smooth processes and successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring all components and workmanship meet high standards and collaborating on improvements to optimize satellite performance.

We are looking for a technically skilled and dedicated individual with a background in electronics, who excels at working in a high-tech environment. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. You should also be able to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to the success of the AIV process for satellite development.

You:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the electronics industry.
  • Possess expertise in both hardware and software with a focus on integration and testing in technical environments.
  • Thrive in teamwork and can collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Have a problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to challenges.
  • Are fluent in Danish and English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate within the team and with external partners.
