ARE YOU OUR NEW PEOPLE DATA & HR SPECIALIST
We are seeking an experienced People Data & HR Specialist to join our People Team.
This role is critical in leveraging our people data to make informed strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Even better, you have a background in HR administration and the ability to handle both simple as well as complex HR tasks.
We believe you are deeply interested in:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and run the business from an HR perspective.
- Understand and integrate people data with other business data for comprehensive analysis.
- Overseeing the management and maintenance of our HR databases and systems. Continuously improve data collection methods and processes to enhance data quality and usability.
And here’s what we need you to bring to a next level:
- Handling employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related issues.
- Preparing and processing HR documents such as employment contracts, termination paperwork, etc.
- HR systems management by being a key player in understanding, upgrading, and solving (closely with the current team) our HR operations tasks such as contracts, compensation (Visma), sick leave, etc.
As our new People Data & HR Specialist, you are a key player in leveraging our knowledge about our people and organisation for us to make informed decisions. Overall, you have a keen interest in HR and in contributing to its smooth operation.
YOUR FIRST THREE TO SIX MONTHS IN YOUR NEW JOB
- Collect, analyze, and interpret people data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
- Use data insights to take relevant decisions and next steps related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Take ownership of our HR admin processes and learn how to service our business.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
- Customer service-oriented and approachable.
- Persistent and professional attitude.
- Systematic and flexible.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in applying AI and machine learning to analyze and interpret data.
Therefore, we hope that you have:
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within an HR context.
- Strong proficiency in HR tools, and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within an agency or consultant business.
- Hands-on knowledge about the civil servants act (Funktionærloven) and experience in handling complicated cases.
