Internship Fall 2025 - People Analytics - HR Transformation Office

Come join our HR Transformation Office and turn your theoretical toolbox into practical experience in a global company. This is your chance to work with some of the sharpest minds as you take on an internship focusing on analytics of people data. You become part of People Analytics in our HR Transformation Office. In HR Transformation Office, we are responsible for HR Business Partnering for the CHRO area, HR Strategy Execution, and People Analytics. What is the job about?

We believe that everyone in Grundfos has passion and potential – as well as the power to influence. This is the environment in which your internship will unfold. You will work with internal surveys and analysis thereof, extend the data-driven mindset towards the organisation and bring actionable insights to shape and strengthen our key HR deliveries. More specifically, we imagine you will:

• Assist in the planning, execution and analysis of our internal surveys
• Work with and prepare data for various analyses
• Conduct your own analytics projects to support current strategic initiatives
• Present your findings to relevant stakeholders
• Assist on relevant ad-hoc tasks in ongoing projects and recurring deliveries

We expect the internship will start in mid-August or September 2025 and end in December 2025. You will be working for 25-37 hours per week depending on your schedule at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark, and we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork (e.g., project-based internship report). There is also a possibility of working from home on agreed days.

What do you need to apply?

• You are currently enrolled on a Master’s program
• We imagine you are studying at Master’s level within Business Intelligence, Strategy and Organization, Information Service, Organizational Behavior, Personality Psychology, Social Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral Economics, Labor Economics, Data Science or other relevant education and possess knowledge or practical skills within the field of HR
• Data management techniques or understanding of these
• An interest in project management
• Strong analytical skills and independence using R or Python
• Knowledge about areas within industrial and organizational psychology (e.g., motivation, leadership, engagement and organizational culture) is a plus
• Great presentation and communication skills
• You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
• You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments – if you want to be a part of shaping your role, that’s a plus in our book
