Your new role
The Productivity and Collaboration team enables the global Lundbeck organization with modern, secure, and flexible digital collaboration tools - ensuring that information and communication flow seamlessly across teams and borders.

As our new Microsoft 365 Platform Architect, you will engage with cross-functional stakeholders and be responsible for assessing business needs, defining the architecture, and leading the delivery of technical solutions to complex business and technical requirements primarily using Microsoft 365 technologies, especially SharePoint, Teams, Groups, Viva, M365 Copilot, Power Apps and Power Automate.

You will work closely with colleagues in Global IT to ensure secure and compliant implementation of new solutions and functionality and to ensure utilization of our Modern Workplace tools.

Your future team
You will become part of Business IT Delivery within Global IT. Business IT Delivery is our Pharma IT Powerhouse consisting of solutions architects and project managers, partnering closely with all key business areas. Global IT is a dynamic department with approximately 130 colleagues around the globe.

We deliver IT and digital solutions while ensuring efficient operations to more than 5300 colleagues across all business areas and geographies. Our culture in Global IT is characterized by knowledge sharing, trust, and collaboration. We are enthusiastic about what we do, and we also make time to have fun together.

What you bring to the team

  • Solid experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies in an enterprise environment. Primarily focusing on SharePoint Online, Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups as well as other productivity tooling
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 solution architect or similar role, with a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, tools and functionalities
  • Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, including migration and integration activities
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, content management, and collaboration best practices
  • Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance considerations in the context of Microsoft 365 architecture and tools
  • Experience with Azure Services and PowerShell Automation
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) would be advantageous.

You have a pragmatic, structured and curious mindset, and an ability to enable and support cross-functional teamwork. You can work in a fast-paced environment and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

You should be acknowledged for your comprehensive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across functional teams and regions and you are considered a trusted partner with good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
