Automation Project Manager – Biopharmaceutical Industry

12-month contract - Copenhagen

We are currently seeking an experienced Automation Project Manager for a 12-month contract with a leading biotech company. This role will be onsite and requires a strong background in automation, MES, PI data historian, and Infobatch systems within the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of PI data historian, MES, and Infobatch reporting systems
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to ensure project scope, cost, and schedule remain on track
• Work closely with vendors and internal technical teams to drive project success
• Coordinate with CSV teams to develop Validation Project Plans
• Review and challenge design documentation for automation systems
• 5 years of experience in automation project management within large pharma or biotech projects
• Experience with DCS systems (preferably Emerson’s Delta V), MES, PI systems, and Infobatch
• Strong knowledge of batch processes, GMP, GAMP, and S88 standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
