Hobson Prior is seeking a Master Data Management professional for a contract role in Denmark. This position involves working within a dynamic and collaborative environment to enhance data management processes. You will be instrumental in designing and overseeing master data management systems, ensuring quality and compliance across various organizational areas.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program leaders and other team members to improve data management processes.
• Represent the quality team and ensure that all processes meet compliance standards.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment and involve key stakeholders when necessary.
• Lead the transition of data management functions, supporting change management and adherence to new processes.
• Oversee the development of process architecture and approve policies and procedures at an enterprise level.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of compliance processes and master data management.
• Ability to lead projects across different departments and ensure global alignment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable delivering challenging messages.
• Relevant academic background and experience in leadership or consultancy roles.
