Your Role

As an Innovation Program Manager, you’ll lead innovation workflows, manage a portfolio of cutting-edge projects, and ensure intellectual property is leveraged effectively. You’ll oversee customer pilot programs and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring technology development aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and standardise innovation processes across R&D, engineering, and applications teams.
• Oversee the technology portfolio, ensuring projects align with strategic priorities.
• Manage IP within innovation workflows, protecting and commercialising breakthrough developments.
• Drive technology transfer, ensuring seamless transitions from research to scalable applications.
• Collaborate with customers and external partners to align pilot programs with market needs.

What You Need

• Strong experience in program management, technology portfolio oversight, or structured project execution.
• Experience with technology transfer, process optimisation, and IP management.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Stage-Gate methodologies.
