Senior Master Data Consultant - IMPACT

ABOUT THE JOB
As a Senior Master Data Consultant at IMPACT, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our customers to optimize their data and processes. You will be diving into analyzing and configuring Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems to optimize through crafting well-defined strategies aligning business and IT architecture. Naturally, you will become part of a committed and dedicated team, where your expertise and contributions will be valueable in delivering robust and scalable solutions.

With your technical acumen, you will engage with IT architecture and collaborate with developers to tackle challenges head-on. Your day will be dynamic, filled with interactions among various stakeholders, both customers and colleagues, requiring thoughtful planning and coordination to ensure the best solutions and outcomes.

Your primary tasks will be to

• Guide customers in optimizing their processes, designing workflows, and setting up data solutions within the master data domains.
• Build strategies and architectures for PIM/DAM systems, ensuring seamless integration with external platforms like Middleware, ERP, DAM, PLM, and CMS.
• Take lead and support our team of consultants in executing both stand-alone pre-analysis projects and larger technical implementations, driving success through collaboration.
• Engage in sales pitches, showcasing our expertise and solutions to potential clients.
• Contribute as a master data specialist in cross-competency projects, bringing your knowledge to diverse initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops to specify solutions and estimate project scope, ensuring clarity and alignment among stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical teams to foster understanding and collaboration.

YOUR PROFILE
As Senior Master Data Consultant, we imagine you are a seasoned professional in bridging IT and Business, with a strong ambition to keep developing your skills and competencies. In addition, we expect you to have experience in working with customers, advising and offering insights in IT, data, reporting, business analysis, and process optimization.

It is a prerequisite that you have experience within

• Change Management and Stakeholder Management, ensuring smooth transitions and strong relationships.
• Process Analysis and Governance, helping to establish best practices and maintain oversight.
• General Knowledge of IT Architecture, providing a solid foundation for effective solutions and strategies.

While experience in project management and PIM/DAM/e-commerce is a plus, it is not a strict requirement.
