Ready to build something big from the ground up? We are seeking a skilled Systems Manager to lead our newly formed Systems Engineering department.
If you're someone who thrives on clarity in complexity, enjoys building both frameworks and capable teams and you're motivated by meaningful work, this might just be your next big move.
At Interacoustics, we’re leading the way in diagnostic hearing and balance solutions. With worldclass teams across Europe, the USA, and Asia, our HQ in Middelfart is the heart of innovation and collaboration. We don’t just create products, we create solutions that change lives, especially for the youngest and most vulnerable users.
As our new Manager for Systems Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping not just a department, but how we approach systems design and integration across our portfolio. We’re talking about the full stack of systems engineering—from process definition to execution—across disciplines like electronics and mechanics. You’ll be instrumental in turning complexity into clarity, building alignment across teams, and bringing structure to innovation.
You will report to the Vice President of R&D, and step into a middle management Group with both a lot of experience, passion for people and products.
Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of systems engineers, test engineers, and solution architects
Establish smart processes that bring coherence and quality to complex system development
Start from scratch and shape a new department—recruiting, defining roles, and setting the foundation for long-term success
Translate ideas and inputs into clear system-level overviews, interfaces, and requirements
Facilitate understanding and buy-in across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bridge the gaps between electronics, mechanics, and software by ensuring seamless integration.
Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and commercial teams to ensure we’re solving the right problems.
Lead the oversight of risk management, architectural design, DFMEA, requirements management, and testing procedures.
Ensure compliance, traceability, and design control from concept to launch.
