For our Coffee Partner Team in Sealand, we are searching for a Coffee Partner to join our team.

You will be a part of the Coffee Solution Operations team and work within the B2B segment. Here, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, not just locally, but across JDE Peets. As a person, we see that you get motivated by engaging with customers in delivering first-class services and relationship sales to customers across Zealand. Further, you take responsibility for planning your tasks in close cooperation with our dispatch and have a natural curiosity in learning and developing. You will be equipped with a JDE branded fossil fuel van, but important to mention here that we are in the process of moving over to electric vehicles in the near future. Your ‘base’ as such will be out of our 3rd party logistics location in Ishøj where you will pick up your orders for distribution to your respective customers. Besides delivering Coffee, Tea and cross-sales products you will also do cleaning of coffee machines, change water filters and do light technical tasks to support our technicians where possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow your existing customer base (KPI).
  • Identify and support implementation of efficiency opportunities.
  • Promote, upsell coffee & tea and sell cross-sales products (KPI).
  • Act as the Coffee Partner in supporting and guiding existing customers to the right solutions (Products & Machines).
  • Support Dispatch in maintaining a sustainable and efficient scheduling.
  • Keep close track of your inventory value (KPI).

Your Profile

  • Driver’s licence (B)
  • Fluent Danish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.
  • English proficiency at a minimum beginner level in both spoken and written form is required.
  • Simply love engaging with customers and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Outgoing and motivated for an environment where change is constant.
  • Look at opportunities rather than the obstacles.
