Supply Chain and Procurement Manager – lead supply chain operations with global impact

In this position, you will take responsibility for optimizing supplier and manufactoring relationships, streamlining procurement processes, and ensuring the availability of essential healthcare products. Our new team of 15 colleagues will provide key support functions within marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and more – to our global operations. Streamlining global supply chain efficiency As our new Supply Chain and Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations and procurement strategy. You will ensure product availability, manage supplier relationships, and streamline procurement processes to support our mission. Working cross-functionally with regulatory, sales, marketing and quality assurance teams, you will play a key role in ensuring efficiency and compliance. Some of your main responsibilities will be to: Optimize supply chain operations, including contract manufacturing and inventory management, to enhance efficiency and performance Develop and implement high-quality procurement policies to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational excellence Oversee supplier management and sourcing of new product suppliers where needed Ensure accurate and timely data management in our ERP system Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain and procurement functions with business objectives Monitor and define key metrics to evaluate supply chain performance Support regulatory compliance within ISO 13485 and 9001 frameworks International and vibrant atmosphere We may be a new office, but we stand on a strong foundation because you will join a global organization with decades of experience.
