Now, we need an experienced leader to drive our commercial strategy and lead sales and growth initiatives.

Your Role
As CCO and Co-Founder, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the commercial strategy: Lead our go-to-market plan, aligning business development, sales, and marketing initiatives to capture market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Driving revenue growth: Expand Juris AI’s presence across both B2B and B2G markets, increasing customer acquisition and retention.
- Building and managing key partnerships: Develop strategic relationships with law firms, government agencies, and other legal professionals to grow our customer base.
- Collaborating on product strategy: Work closely with the development team to ensure product-market fit and align our offerings with customer needs.
- Overseeing sales and marketing teams: Lead and scale sales and marketing efforts, establishing processes to achieve growth targets.
- Representing Juris AI externally: Serve as the public face of the company at industry events, investor meetings, and client interactions, positioning Juris AI as a leader in legal AI.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or AI.
- Track record of driving growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to align commercial efforts with long-term business goals.
- Excellent communication skills to represent the company externally and build lasting relationships with partners and clients.
