WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Test Manager at JYSK, you will be instrumental in driving test excellence across multiple agile teams. You will foster a culture of quality by implementing strong test methodologies and coaching teams to achieve a robust quality standard.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

• set the direction for agile testing and implementing the overall test strategy in the ART
• drive a structured test approach with a strong shift-left mindset
• plan and estimate the test efforts across various test activities
• monitor and control test activities
• product risk assessment and strategy determination
• control the test process throughout the test life cycle
• set up, maintain, and report on quality metrics

This is an on-site position at our Head Office in Aarhus, Denmark. You should expect approximately 20 travel days per year.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
To support our IT-modernisation and shift-left quality culture, we are looking for a proactive and skilled Test Manager who can provide expert leadership and guidance to secure a robust quality assurance framework grounded in proven test methodologies.

Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who:

• has experience leading quality assurance across multiple agile teams in a SAFe setup
• can advise teams and ARTs on best quality assurance practices
• possesses good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• is a motivational leader who drives collaboration and best practices
• has a solid foundation in test methodologies to support test engineers and developers
