Country Manager (m/f/d) - Denmark
Responsibilities:
Management of the Danish sales network: Support of the Danish sales team, including cooperation with our dealers and partners, based on clearly defined KPIs.
Annual budget and sales planning: Preparation and coordination of annual budgets and sales plans for the Danish market in close cooperation with relevant internal departments.
Market analysis and competition monitoring: Conducting continuous market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, including the derivation of strategic recommendations for action.
Implementation of the sales strategy: Further development and adaptation of the sales strategy to the specific needs of the Danish market.
Cooperation with key partners: Close cooperation with partners such as truck OEMs, financial service providers, and other relevant players.
Coordination with internal process partners: Collaboration with internal teams such as back office, finance, service, and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of sales activities.
Holistic marketing approach: Ensuring that all Kögel products are successfully positioned and marketed in the Danish market.
Budget responsibility: Responsibility for annual budget planning and control of the sales budget at customer level, considering the entire Kögel product portfolio.
Management of the local team: Management of the Danish sales team, including responsibility for the development and motivation of employees, as well as the management of partners and dealers.
Reporting: Regular reporting to the direct superior and the management board.
Your profile:
Completed studies in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field. Alternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship combined with a high technical affinity.
Several years of experience in sales and leading an international sales team, ideally in the field of commercial vehicles or mechanical engineering.
In-depth knowledge of the Danish market and business practices is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in Danish and English; other language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Denmark and to other European countries as required.
