Temporary position as teacher of Geography and German
European School Copenhagen is looking for a substitute teacher in the Upper Secondary department for the period September-December 2025 in the subjects.

• German as a foreign language
• Geography taught in German

In this position you will take over classes in S5, S6 and S7 for a four-month period. The position corresponds to 80% of a full-time position. Please do not hesitate to apply for the position, if you can only teach one of the subjects. You can find the relevant syllabuses here.

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor's or master's degree.
• Excellent knowledge of English, which is the common language at the school.
• Fluent German speaker.
• Proven experience in teaching the relevant age group (age 16-19).
• Outstanding commitment and ability to engage students and assist in developing their social, creative and academic skills.
