We’re seeking a visionary Senior Director to lead the sustainable transformation within Operation and deliver impactful solutions that drives us towards carbon neutral operations by 2032!

The Sustainable Operations department is a key component of the Engineering & Workplace function within Operations. This team leads the development and execution of the Operations sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. They coordinate cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor engineering solutions and initiatives that minimize environmental impact, promote social responsibility, and drive long-term sustainability goals.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong grasp of sustainability principles in a manufacturing context, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to drive transformative change across the organization. Key qualifications include:
