Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to build and maintain relationships with local businesses, universities, and community groups. This role focuses on securing event locations, expanding brand awareness, and fostering partnerships that align with our mission. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong networking skills and a passion for community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, schools, and universities.
• Coordinate and secure venues for events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
• Organize and oversee flyer distribution and promotional activities.
• Negotiate partnership agreements for cross-promotional opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and campaigns.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to expand outreach efforts.
• Track and report on partnership outcomes and event success metrics.

Skills and Expectations

• Previous experience in outreach, community engagement, event coordination, or partnerships.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to attend in-person events if required.
• Passion for community building and social impact.
