Your role
As our Pathway Program Manager, you will lead, optimize, and implement a structured and centralized approach to candidate assessment, ensuring high standards, consistency, and fairness in evaluating potential Partners. Working closely with Partner Development, Recruitment, and Country Stakeholders, this role ensures that assessments align with business needs and that candidates receive valuable feedback and development opportunities. The Pathway Program Manager is also responsible for continuously improving the assessment processes, engaging key stakeholders, and elevating the candidate experience.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:
Implement an assessment framework that ensures candidates possess the necessary leadership skills and business acumen to succeed as Partners, ensuring a fair, professional, and inclusive process.
Engage with key stakeholders to promote and drive engagement in the assessment framework, fostering alignment, transparency, and active involvement.
This role involves occasional travel to engage with stakeholders and support the assessment process for Partner candidates.
Your new team
As our new Pathway Program Manager, you’ll report directly to the Head of Partner Development for Northern Europe. You’ll become an essential part of the vibrant Partner Development team, working closely with a group of talented and passionate colleagues.
Our team operates both on-site at our offices in the Northern Europe region (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, and Denmark) and embraces hybrid work, offering flexibility. This role will be based in Copenhagen.
