As we continue our journey to becoming the best everyday bank in the Nordics, we are looking for a Senior Business Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across monetization, sales, and partnerships so that we can optimize growth and commercial impact.

As our new Senior Business Data Analyst, you will be part of our Commercial team, reporting to Christian Sillesen, Head of Commercial. The team currently comprises a talented and ambitious group across Copenhagen and Stockholm, working on enhancing Lunar’s commercial performance through data-driven insights within the broader Commercial function, led by Mats Persson, Chief Commercial Officer.

What will you do?

• Monetization Optimization: Analyze user behavior and optimize pricing, promotions, and revenue generation.

• Sales Lead Generation & Performance: Leverage data to improve lead generation and develop predictive sales models.

• Partnership Performance Analysis: Evaluate ROI and track performance of strategic partnerships.

• Price & Deposit Analysis: Conduct pricing and deposit trend analysis and provide competitive insights.

• Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Extract, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable business insights.

Who are you?

• 3-7 years experience as a Data Analyst (commercial/fintech/banking preferred).

• Strong expertise in SQL (R, Python) and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract key trends.

• Strong understanding of commercial KPIs.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with pricing analysis and working with data engineers is a plus.
