Student Assistant – People & Culture (P&C) Business Partnering
Are you eager to gain extensive knowledge and insights into the daily operations of a P&C department within a large, complex organization? Join our People & Culture team and support our P&C Business Partners in enabling them to focus on supporting the organization. The work requires high adaptability and offers the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the entire organization.
Your new role
- Support P&C Business Partners with Annual Wheel activities (Employee Engagement Survey, Organizational Reviews, workshop preparation, etc.).
- Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops and social activities as well as supporting daily office operations.
- Extract and analyze data in Excel.
- Assist in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- Shape your work and take on significant responsibility.

Located at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, our team consists of 11 dedicated P&C Business Partners. We take pride in partnering with different areas of the organization. What You Bring To The Team
- Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in the final year of a bachelor’s or beginning a master’s degree).
- Team-oriented and detail-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis.
- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
We expect an average of 20 hours per week, with some additional hours during busy periods. However, we are flexible and will accommodate your exam periods and semester breaks.
