The Asset Strategy Platforms organization is at the forefront of developing innovative products to improve the customer’s experience with personalized and automated end-to-end digital journeys, that enable Maersk operators and customers to access standardized products and services seamlessly. The Platforms help enable Maersk’s vision to be the Global Integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying customers’ supply chains. Additionally, the team creates the foundation to integrate data, systems and processes, powered by scalable digital Infrastructure and APIs.

General Administration:

• Provides secretarial and administrative support to senior leaders and teams.
• Handles general office administration and clerical tasks.
• Manages reception, telephone switchboard, mailroom, and filing duties.
• Supports office event planning and assists Facilities Management with office space planning.

Administrative Stream:

• Primarily supports others by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks.
• Roles range from entry-level workers to experienced contributors with specialized knowledge.
• At senior levels, individuals work independently, apply standards, and resolve problems outside established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, highly specific tasks with well-defined processes and instructions.
• Tasks are of limited scope and responsibility, with clear guidelines.
• Must have hands-on experience with Python and/or R.
• Requires minimal prior work experience in the functional area.
• Work is closely supervised, with little or no independent judgment required.
