Practical & pragmatic Engineering
MAN Energy Solutions offers a tailor-made Graduate Program with the duration of 15 months. You will take responsibility for your own projects, and you will be offered opportunities to expand your horizon through off-the-job training, mentoring, and networking events. Furthermore, you will gain intercultural experience at one of our world-wide locations.

You will play an important role in:

• Troubleshooting and identifying technical solutions for our customers together with colleagues.
• Running large repair projects with our technical experts.
• Seeking innovative technical solutions and challenging our standard processes.
• Participating in interdisciplinary projects across the PrimeServ DK organization.
• International project assignments at one of our locations abroad.
• Getting to know customers, their requirements, and their fulfillment along the value chain of an engineering and plant application company.
• Participating in seminars and development measures to build your own career.
• Building your personal network within the company and becoming an active networker.

We imagine that you:

• Have an above-average university degree in the field of mechanical engineering or maritime engineering (Master’s).
• Have relevant practical experience in technical troubleshooting, e.g., through internships completed over several months or student traineeships.
• Have practical project experience.
• Possess technical knowledge of energy generation and storage solutions.
• Are competent in the common MS-Office programs.
• Have very good English Skills (additional languages are welcome).
• Have completed at least a 4-month stay abroad, e.g., during studies.
• Demonstrate exceptional commitment, motivation, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Have very good communication and cooperative skills.
• Are open to foreign cultures, regionally mobile, and flexible with respect to your job.
