Job Description:
Maintaining and developing key IT sales support systems in cooperation with managers of the Sales Department, SRM, Finance, Demand Planning, Governance, KAM and other supporting departments. Ensuring the continuity of system operation and diagnosing needs and places for tool development in cooperation with the regional support team, MGS Digital Technologies and solution providers. Responsibility for the systematic implementation of key sales department processes - SRM, planning of commercial expenses and volumes. Ensuring continuity of reporting, recommendations and implementation of new solutions in this field. Local management of the tool development process. Support in improving SRM and Sales processes.
Higher education, MS Office (Excel), English (very good), Professional knowledge of computer systems - specialist level (mainly SQL knowledge, Access). Experience in working with IT systems and implementing processes is necessary. Good knowledge of Power BI reporting tools, experience in analyzing system solutions. Knowledge of issues related to the SRM Department (Strategic Revenue Management).
