That’s where you come in.As a Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and maintaining project documents and records. You’ll oversee the creation, revision, and distribution of documents while ensuring compliance with regulations. You’ll also manage document workflows, making sure authorized personnel can easily access and retrieve what they need.Your ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage project documents and records in line with company policiesEstablish and implement document control procedures to ensure efficient review, creation, approval, and distributionOversee the document management system to ensure easy access and retrievalCollaborate with teams to ensure documents are accurate, complete, and compliantEnsure all documentation meets regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain document control reports to track complianceProvide training on document management procedures and systemsAct as the go-to person for project members needing assistance with document platformsAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who is:A strong communicator and team playerStructured, pragmatic, and solution-orientedIndependent and proactiveInterested in driving digital solutions in document managementDetail-oriented, organized, and efficientYour Skills & ExperienceA bachelor's degree incl. business administration, information management, or a related field2 years of experience in document control or records managementKnowledge of document control processes and best practicesStrong communication skills in both English and DanishProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software (experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus)What We OfferAt Metroselskabet, we work on some of Denmark’s largest construction and civil engineering projects.
