The job as Service Assistant

At MFT Energy, we care about creating a modern and inspiring workplace for our team—and as our new Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making that happen. Our office is located in the heart of Aarhus C in the Scandinavian Center, and consists of 4 floors and 152 employees. In this role, you will experience a mix of daily routines and ad hoc tasks which are mainly practical but also administrative. You will be given a high degree of responsibility and room to influence your tasks depending on your interests and competencies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Keeping our office and kitchens clean and tidy—including minor cleaning tasks
• Assisting in coordinating internal and external events
• Preparing and cleaning up after lunch (delivered from an external catering company)
• Purchasing office supplies and online groceries
• Welcoming guests and preparing meeting rooms
• Managing shipping and postal services nationally and internationally
• Ad hoc facility-related tasks
  
  

Your Qualifications And Personal Skills

• A structured and service-oriented work approach
• Taking initiative and is not afraid to step in when needed
• Notices the little things—clean spaces and nice details matter to you
• Stays positive and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates clearly and is a good listener. You are great with people and listen to your colleagues' suggestions and needs
• Speaks and writes English fluently, as our company language is English
