PRODUCT RESEARCHER – PATERNITY COVER

Job Purpose:
As a Product Researcher, you’ll apply your expertise in qualitative research to help operationalize and scale research and data-informed decision-making across the product development process. Your work will ensure that product teams have the tools, practices, and insights they need to deeply understand customer needs, measure outcomes, and continuously discover opportunities that create real value.

You’ll also play a key role in helping teams define and measure product outcomes—connecting them to broader business goals and using those outcomes to guide discovery, prioritization, and iteration. You’ll enable teams to shift from output to outcome thinking, ensuring research and behavioural data is tightly integrated into how we build and improve products.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and upskill product team members (with a focus on Product Managers) in continuous product discovery and outcome-focused thinking.

Help product teams define and measure product outcomes, connect them to business impact, and use them to guide discovery and prioritization.

Lead qualitative research enablement, including tooling, training, and research ops.

Contribute to insight curation and help connect product teams to what users are saying and doing.

You will thrive in this role if you:

Know your way around continuous discovery practices and product outcome frameworks.

Have experience in qualitative research, research operations, or product insights.

Have led or supported research enablement in a tech/B2B environment.

Are comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and marketers.

Nice to have:

Familiarity with tools like Dovetail, Rally UXR, Salesforce, or similar.

Experience with managing participant panels, training colleagues in foundational research methods, and overseeing research operations.

Please note: The position is on-site at our headquarters in Brøndby and requires that you have a valid work visa.

About the team:

You’ll join the Product Operations team, part of the Product Management group. Our team brings together experts in product excellence, performance, telemetry, qualitative research, and outcome-driven product management. We work cross-functionally to enable product teams to make informed, customer-centered decisions and deliver real impact. Within Product Operations, you’ll be part of the Product Research & Coaching workstream.
