Volunteers are needed for Moesgaard Viking Days 2025

Help organize a lively Viking market at Moesgaardstand
Moesgaard Viking Days is an interactive Viking market for young and old, young and old, Viking or not. The event takes place from Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th July, where the site is open to paying guests between 10am and 5pm. As a volunteer, we hope that you will join us from Monday 21st July, i.e. the entire week of 30.

You don't need to have any special knowledge or interest in the Viking Age, the most important thing is that you are willing to lend a hand, both before and during the event. We will, among other things, set up tents and signs, organize parking, sell tickets at the entrance, do activities with the guests and then we will enjoy the summer in beautiful nature and cozy up around the campfire.

What can you expect?:
You become part of an inclusive community

You will receive food, snacks and drinks every day

You can stay overnight with your new and old friends at the campsite throughout the volunteer period.

You will receive an MMU card (if you work more than 20 hours). The MMU card gives access to almost all museums in Central Denmark for one year.

You will have the opportunity to acquire and develop a wide range of different skills.

You will become part of an atmospheric Viking settlement full of life.
