About the Internship

We are looking for a creative and independent Video Content Developer Intern to join our Marketing Team for a period of 3–6 months. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience creating engaging content that supports community building, branding, and growth in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, storyboard, film, and edit short-form videos for nabo’s social media and platform. Create engaging Reels, Stories, and TikTok-style videos that highlight our community, events, features, and peoplecDevelop branded video templates and motion graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut and others.

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to align video content with campaigns and seasonal themes

• Repurpose long-form content (e.g., event recordings, webinars) into bite-sized clips for multiple channels

• Suggest and test creative content formats to increase engagement and reach

• Assist in creating visuals and animations for community stories, tutorials, and testimonials

• Stay up-to-date with social media and video trends relevant to our audience

Who You Are

• A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Digital Concept Development, Visual Communication, Media & Entertainment Management, Film Production, or a related field

• Passionate about community, creativity, and digital storytelling

• Experienced with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.)

• A good communicator with a creative mindset and eye for detail

• Able to work independently and take initiative in a remote setup

• Bonus: Experience with social media marketing or knowledge of platforms like Mighty Networks
